I fell off a horse on to my head last September and ever since then have been very sensitive to any jarring movement (ie. when I trot on horseback my brain feels like its getting banged around and then my head aches for several hours).
Last Friday I started feeling my head ache and pressure building. By Saturday afternoon it was so bad that I wasn’t sure I could handle it getting any worse. I had a session with Jack over the phone, my first distance session, and at the end of 20 minutes both the aching and the pressure had totally subsided. It truly was like magic!
