This was my first experience with energy work and I am truly amazed. Jack is wonderful and I could certainly feel a difference.

I’m still saying “WOW”! The rest of the day Thursday after my appt., I felt so much better – more energy, more cheerful, and very pleased with the session. When I got up Friday the pain that I had had in my right hip area (SI Joint?) for over two months was all gone and is still gone. It was like the tension and tightness that I had been holding on to for so long had let go and my body was relaxing,

I fell off a horse on to my head last September and ever since then have been very sensitive to any jarring movement (ie. when I trot on horseback my brain feels like its getting banged around and then my head aches for several hours).

Last Friday I started feeling my head ache and pressure building. By Saturday afternoon it was so bad that I wasn’t sure I could handle it getting any worse. I had a session with Jack over the phone, my first distance session, and at the end of 20 minutes both the aching and the pressure had totally subsided. It truly was like magic!

I am thrilled to say that I have slept well the past 3 nights and am experiencing little anxiety! This is remarkable considering Susan had a biopsy performed on Wednesday and we won’t get results until Monday. I am so grateful to your healing energy work!

I just wanted to let you know that whatever you “unstuck” yesterday has helped my lower back tremendously!! It is amazing and wonderful. I’m so grateful to be able to get up and walk around so much more comfortably. The bump on my knee feels better, too!! My lower back has been bothering for a couple of months at least. The chiropractor didn’t seem to relieve it for long.

Jack, I want to thank you so much for helping me. I had this soreness in my left breast that was really bothering me, and more so scaring me. I wasn’t sure if your work could help, but again, it did. First of all, I want to thank you for re-introducing me to EFT! I have used it on myself in the past with great results. I have read about it and even took a class about it, but did not ever try to put it into practice with other people. Because of you using it on me and explaining it to me, I have tried to use it on others. I have found great results – particularly with children. I teach at a childcare establishment where the children take naps. I have started using EFT on them when they have a hard time settling down and relaxing. It works so well to get them to relax! I simply tell them I am going to tap on a couple of spots on their face, I do so, and they almost instantly stop moving, calm down, and relax to go to sleep. They seem to really enjoy it!

Dear Jack, each of us is so complex, made up of many layers we aren’t even aware of much less attuned to, yet each layer is a contributing factor to making us who we are, how we see ourselves, how we present ourselves to the world, and how we feel.

Energy is flowing through the layers, powering us and creating our well-being. When the energy flow is impeded, we are not in a state of health, and this dis-ease manifests in many ways … physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Thanks so much for the wonderful session today. I don’t know how I managed before I met you!!! I was in so much pain, as usual, when I came in. The pain that I had in my intestines went away completely by the time I left and has not returned. When I have felt that pain in the past, it was never relieved without heavy doses of ibuprofen. It was often so severe that it kept me up at night. At times in the past I was not only on Motrin but also on daily Pentasa (an intestinal anti-inflammatory drug). Hi Jack, I just wanted to thank you for all of your help during my last two sessions with you. Finding out my nutritional deficiencies was crucial for me I believe, because I do think that a majority of the problems that I have been having have a direct link to my magnesium deficiency. After doing research on this mineral I have all the classic symptoms of a deficiency, muscle twitches, spasms, anxiety, depression, etc. And when my anxiety was at the worst over the summer I had all of the symptoms of a severe deficiency, panic attacks, tenseness, nausea, throwing up, insomnia, twitches, hyper-vigilance jumping at any sound, and the list goes on. I went to the doctors numerous times, was referred to cardiologists, neurologists, and psychiatrists and everyone brushed it aside as anxiety and I was put on anxiety medication. Only the neurologist mentioned that I could try magnesium for my twitches, no one tested me for a deficiency, and I was not told what kind to take or how much. After going to the vitamin shoppe after my appointment with you last week I found out that when I did try the magnesium supplements for about 2 months after meeting with the neurologist that the kind I took ,magnesium oxide, that I got at CVS was a form that is poorly absorbed by the body and I was only getting about 4% of the magnesium from it, so its no wonder why I never saw an improvement on it when I did try it. After doing my research on magnesium and talking to someone at the Vitamin shop I am now on a more absorbable kind of magnesium and am confident that this will help me. I am so very thankful that you were able to provide me with the information I needed to know as to what my deficiencies are and what foods I am sensitive too. I have had a feeling all along that I was deficient in magnesium but could not understand why the supplement I was taking was not helping, and did not understand why my doctors could brush such serious symptoms of mine off as just anxiety, without doing further tests…I am thankful that I now know what my body needs, and what I can do to help it, I have been struggling with this for a very long time now and it feels good to now have a plan. I am looking forward to making a follow up appointment with you in a month or 2 too see how my body is responding to everything. Thank you again!

Thank you for helping me through my radiation treatments. Even my doctor said “don’t you know you’re supposed to be sick” when I told him I was feeling pretty well. For years I’ve suffered a lingering pain in the upper left side of my back that was getting increasingly more agitating within the last year, so much so that the pain occurred at its peak with each deep breath. Thank you Jack. I really am doing well and was thinking I should let you know. I have lost a few pounds not by obsessing over it but because my appetite doesn’t control me if that makes sense. The other night Matt made a frozen pizza and gave me 4 slices on a plate. I ate 2 and was able to walk away from the rest without feeling that I needed to eat the rest, I was full and satisfied. That is new for me. I am able to eat smaller meals and feel good. Every day I wake up feeling ready to go, not that I’m not tired or anything like that but I am definitely in the moment as each moment comes and not living in the past or worrying about the future. I feel more content and less anxious. I feel more in my own body, connected…I can feel my energy at times, not all but most days flowing through my body. Its great. I am pushing my own limits and surpassing my fitness goals. I’ve taken up new hobby of mountain biking and running. I crave to exercise not to lose weight but because of the way my body feels. There has also been a real change for me in regards to cold….I always always took hot showers, hated cold water, never liked air conditioner blowing on my skin because it went deep into my joints and made them ache. But now I can take cooler showers. It doesn’t bother me. Believe me when I say i liked my showers hot, I liked them HOT, lol. So this is a real change for me and I remember reading about it somewhere but never thought I would change my preference for water temperature. The AC hasn’t bothered me at all. If I notice any other changes I will let you know. Thank you Jack!!!

I went to Jack, having heard about the power of his work from friends. While I had minor health issues that I was hoping to work on, my main goal was to have my energy systems tuned up so that it would be possible for me to climb Mt. Olympus with my children and grandchildren after a summer in which I had not managed to do any training for this very strenuous (almost 10,000′ and about 14 miles round trip) hike. Since our goal was to scatter my husband’s ashes on the peaks, it was important to me to be physically present at the top. I don’t really understand what it is that Jack does, but it works. I felt stronger after each of my three sessions, and when we got to Greece, was able to complete the climb in just one day rather than the two days necessary when I was younger.Jack, you are a miracle-worker! And my grandchildren think that their ‘Oma’ is a superwoman. I will certainly be back for more tune-ups.

I’m almost afraid to say it — I feel better than I have in years! I’m turning 80 and feel better than I did 10 years ago!….Since coming biweekly for a while my back is better, my knee is better, the terrible diabetic pain in my feet is gone, my blood sugar is good, I feel happier and just feel good….Thank you so so much….

Prior to my session with Jack Treiber, I was a successful, competitive high school runner at Shenendehowa who had a Division 1 scholarship to run cross country at Canisius College in Buffalo. I had a lingering left tibial stress fracture suffered a few months prior to seeing Jack, and it was still giving me some discomfort and pain. I had seen the athletic trainers at school, and nothing seemed to fully shake the pain. After seeing Jack, I felt much more at ease while my pain subsided over the next week or so. I haven’t had another stress fracture or the recurring problems I had in that area again. Thanks Jack!!

I visited Jack Treiber for the first time in May, I had recently stopped taking prednisone for contact dermatitis which only helped the swelling but not the rash. I was feeling run down, very tired, yet had a very hard time falling asleep at night.

In October of 2011, I suffered a devastating burn to my right hand. 400 degree molten pumpkin from a frozen pie I had baked had exploded all over my hand when the pie plate collapsed as I was setting it to cool. It had created a 2nd-3rd degree burn on a large quadrant of my skin, and even after keeping my hand in a bucket of ice all night, 12 hours later, when I saw my physician, I was in agonizing pain. It felt like my hand was literally on fire. Following my doctor’s visit, I got to my morning appointment with Jack late and in terrible trauma. Jack worked on my hand, skillfully using his energy medicine to draw the pain out. As he worked, at a couple of points, I didn’t think I could endure it… I was feeling the heat being drawn out of my hand and it was very painful. At the end of the session, Jack kindly told me that he felt within an hour or two I would feel better. I will always remember my relief and gratitude, when his words came true! Within two hours, the agony had subsided. I had turned a corner. Although it was a long road to healing, Jack’s treatment made all the difference in my suffering. That level of pain not only subsided after that one treatment, but never returned. Dear Jack, I want to thank you for everything you’ve done for me. Before I saw you the first time, I’d learned from a doctor that I had an autoimmune disease for which there is no cure. He described in vivid and grizzly detail what it would be like for me when the disease progressed: nothing to do but a transplant, and the process is extremely risky and I’m too old to qualify anyway. Needless to say that was hard to hear. Afterwards, for weeks, I had a difficult time concentrating on anything, didn’t sleep well, felt off-balance and endured the worst headaches I’d ever known. Epilogue – two months later…

“I can’t even begin to tell you how life-changing your healing sessions have been for me on a mind, body, and spirit level… at the time of our healing sessions, I had 7 kidney stones (4 of which would have required surgery to remove them) in my left kidney and 10 stones in my right kidney. To my knowledge I have NOT passed any of these – however, when I went to my Urologist for my 6-month check-in, after 2 Xrays, all the stones have completely vanished – THEY ARE GONE! Not only was he absolutely stunned (and baffled in a great way!), but this is the first time in over 15 years that I have been completely kidney stone free! I cried tears of joy in his office at the discovery. Jack, I absolutely contribute the lack and release of those stones to YOU! Thank you, I can’t even begin to express my gratitude.. 🙂

Jack, I want to thank you for your healing energy and continued encouragement. I just had my first session and I feel like I can finally breathe…

Recently I was treated by Jack Treiber for pain I was experiencing due to severe sciatica and other related issues with my back, hips and legs. I had been experiencing debilitating pain for nearly 5 months. I had tried spinal injections, acupuncture and chiropractic procedures. Nothing helped.

The energy treatment was so serene and relaxing that I actually fell into a light sleep during the procedure. The results were beyond my wildest expectations. At the conclusion of the procedure, the pain in my back, hips and legs was gone. I was so happy, I almost cried. I was pain free for the first time in months! In addition, I felt a warmth (both emotionally and spiritually) and my outlook on things improved greatly.

An added benefit to the treatment was dramatic improvement in a cataract I had in my left eye. Beforehand, my vision in that eye was so blurry that I had trouble driving, reading and could only see the top letter on the chart when I visited my eye doctor. I now see much more clearly.

For me, this was almost like a miracle. I would certainly recommend Jack Treiber and his therapy to anyone experiencing symptoms like mine (or even people with other ailments). I intend to continue to regularly see Jack for treatment.

In the fall of 2013, I attended a Holistic Health Fair in Saratoga Springs, NY. Jack Treiber was there talking about the energy work that he does as an Energy Practitioner. I did not meet him that day, but I did pick up one of his brochures. About a month later I made an appointment with him. I had been dealing with some grief, some depression and some anxiety for several years. I was also seeking a way to have better energy – physical, emotional and spiritual. I thought perhaps his type of energy work could be helpful.

Jack is a very kind, welcoming, and comforting person. I found as I continued seeing him, that as he was able to release things, I began feeling much more comfortable with myself. Although neither of us could usually tell what things he had released, it was wonderful to feel better even though there were tears sometimes. He says the work he does clears blockages or changes patterns that we ourselves are not even aware exist. For me, what he does is much better than talking to a therapist for session after session and hardly ever feeling that such blockages are ever cleared. I do not totally understand what he does or how he does it. I just feel his work lifts up, or balances, one’s energy field and takes away negative feelings and/or fears that we have probably had for many, many years.

At one appointment I told him I was having some trouble breathing. As he checked me he said my left lung was weakened. He rebalanced it with the right one and the function did improve. In recent months, he has told me ‘my energy is holding well and that I have more resilience.’ I agree with him.

I treasure the skills and abilities Jack has. They are so much more therapeutic than many of the other options we have in our healthcare system today. He has a great gift and I sincerely appreciate his desire to share it and help so many people.

I have been battling an eating disorder for approximately 12 years. For anyone unaware of this disease, it is a mental illness that starts out as an innocent way of controlling things in your life; of which the causes are endless. Then it quickly takes a drastic turn and this horrible “thing” takes control over every aspect of your life; from your thoughts, actions, relationships and in the end causes major medical problems, some of which could be fatal. It also causes unnecessary stress and worry to everyone who cares for you as they watch you drown. This disorder is very much along the same lines as an addiction to drugs, alcohol, etc. I refer to this disorder as my Demon.

I have tried several different methods of treatment over the many years of battling my eating disorder. Of course this only started after several years of denying, hiding and avoiding the fact that I had one. I was extremely humiliated and unwilling to face it let alone discuss it with anyone. This Demon is very isolating and takes over your every thought. It also pushes away everyone who cares about you.

It wasn’t until I started feeling horrible medical affects, bad enough that I was afraid of people finding out, of losing my job and possibly being hospitalized, that I finally sought out help. I started with a medical professional that specializes in treatment of eating disorders. In addition, I had to get a whole crew to make up a support group specializing in different areas including a psychologist, nutritionist and going to group meetings designed for people fighting this disease.

I had different levels of success over the years but each time I never really found a way to completely overcome my eating disorder. Even when I thought I was doing very well, I still possessed other symptoms of the disorder which kept me from fully recovering. I was never able to figure out what purpose it was serving for me which held me back from complete success.

After doing well for quite a few years, I quickly slid back down that slippery slope and engaged in the disorder in a way that made me feel even worse than before. I felt completely helpless and hopeless that I would ever rid myself of this Demon controlling my life. I tried every method of treatment I was aware of and simply got tired of trying everything and not succeeding. For a while I had given up trying altogether. It was exhausting and depressing.

I finally realized that I did want to get better but still had no idea where to start that would give a different end result from what I had already tried in the past. I went to a psychic medium and she mentioned that she felt quite a bit of energy that was holding me back from recovery. She recommended I see an energy healer and highly recommended Jack Treiber. This is where my amazing journey really begins.

I’ve seen Jack for 5 sessions now. Each session was a little more intense than the last. Many items were brought up, and along with each Jack was able to release negative energy that was trapped. I had never gone to an energy healer before so I was not sure what to expect but I can honestly say that after each session I could feel a difference. Sometimes I would feel different things physically (tingling or heat radiating) and other times I would feel different emotionally. I would leave his office feeling lighter and less burdened.

After these 5 sessions, I have simply stopped engaging in the binging and purging associated with my Demon a/k/a the eating disorder. I am completely amazed. I have never felt such a sense of freedom as I do now. I no longer feel this awful thing has control over me and I no longer have the nagging toxic thoughts that have always accompanied it. This time around beginning my road to recovery, I finally feel like whatever the root cause of my illness that was holding me back, has been found and released. I don’t even have the words to explain what this sense of new found life feels like. I have a much greater outlook on life. I now enjoy the company of others and no longer want to hide from the world.

To further substantiate how I am feeling, I’ve had family members tell me that they have noticed a huge change in me…….they can even hear the difference in my voice. I truly feel that Jack, along with his unique techniques of energy healing, has provided me with a new opportunity of getting my life back. I am happier than I’ve been in longer than I can remember and don’t feel like I am missing any part of what I lost. What I lost is that Demon who took control over me. Now I feel strong and have control over my own life and my own happiness. I will continue working with Jack to ensure that my journey stays moving forward. I don’t plan to ever look back.

After my appointment this morning, I have seen a definite improvement in my back and neck. I have greater range of motion, far less stiffness, and the general mobility is noticeably freer. I also feel that I am taking deeper breaths and feel more relaxed overall. (A week later) My neck has loosened up even more. Amazing how something invisible can have such an effect… Thank you, and I look forward to the next appointment.

My head was pounding and my vision blurred when I entered your office today. The results of a recent concussion had left me feeling tired and miserable. After an hour with you, I felt an immediate improvement in my condition. Thank you, Jack for your invaluable energy work. I feel like a new person.

This was my first experience with energy work and I am truly amazed. Jack is wonderful and I could certainly feel a difference.
